A new taqueria hits Greenwich Village.

Lincoln Heights opened on Monday in Prospect Heights. From the owners of Park Slope's Al Di Là comes a casual cafe where customers can get coffee and pastries as well as charcuterie, organic pork chops, and dry cured sausage. Regulars of Bar Corvo around the corner may recognize some of the flavors -- the spots are sister restaurants. 409 Lincoln Pl., Brooklyn

Red Hook ball fields regular Country Boys took home the the 2009 Vendy Cup and now they've opened a permanent home in Park Slope. The new spot on 4th Avenue is small with just a handful of tables and the menu features the standard tacos, tortas, and cemitas. 568 4th Ave., Brooklyn

Harvist is opening this week in Harlem's My Image Studios (MIST), the neighborhood's self-described "living room for culture of the African and Latino Diaspora." Chef Cassandra Quinlan-Ashford serves up grits with prawns and salmon cakes in the 130-seater. An outdoor terrace will host live music and performances in the coming months. 46 W. 116th St.

Flatiron's Choza Taqueria opened a second location in Greenwich Village. The menu features standard Mexican fare: tacos, burritos, bowls and salads. They'll stay open late until 2 a.m. 124 MacDougal St.

Table Verte ditches meat and is the newest (and only perhaps?) French vegetarian bistro in the East Village. Without French classics like beef bourguignon, the menu is still rich with dishes like mushroom ragout, celery rémoulade, and goat cheese tart. 127 E. 7th St.

Los Perros Locos is open for business on the Lower East Side as of today, Bowery Boogie learned. The spot on Allen Street will serve Colombian-style hot dogs for lunch and dinner. Customers should be pleased to know that they passed their health inspection on Monday ("with flying colors" according to their Facebook). 201 Allen St.
