Last week, Jon Cheng spoke with Daisuke Nakazawa and Alessandro Borgognone, the two men behind Sushi Nakazawa (23 Commerce Street, 212-924-2212), the West Village sushi restaurant that's been garnering acclaim for its stunning work with fresh fish. Bradley Hawks was at Sushi Nakazawa recently for a meal, and he brings back a visual feast. Check out his photos, and then read Cheng's full story.
