Astoria's Bear made its name on Eastern European food, and so it'll offer Siberian style dumplings, which are handmade pork, veal, and chicken ravioli-dumplings in a light crème-dill gravy.

This Village spot specializes in kati rolls, built on Indian flatbread. It'll bring a variety to taste with yogurt lassi.

Amanda Cohen's vegetable restaurant will serve broccoli hot dogs with broccoli sauerkraut.

The seafood shanty plans to offer its Maine shrimp rolls.
