New York is not the mecca of Cuban food it once was, but roast-pig lovers can take heart, at least this month. Every Saturday in June, Solace chef David Regueiro, who is of Cuban descent, will be doing an outdoor roast of a 40-pound piggy. At $27, it's more pricey that the Cuban lunch counters of old, but it might be worth it; you can devour the porcine goodness outside in the restaurant's garden.

From the press release:

The pig will be cooked in a specially-made box over charcoals and palm leaves. It will boast a sauce made with the drippings combined with garlic, sherry vinegar and salt.
