Sure you can: you can boycott the store for propagating racism. He may be free to be a hateful person, but we are also free to disassociate ourselves from him and his establishment.

Just because it is legally protected doesn't mean that it is not wrong. Free speech can still be crass, ignorant, and wrong. Furthermore, there is nothing wrong with boycotting a business that propagates political views with which you do not agree. My guess is that he will deeply regret this tasteless act when he loses most of his business.

I agree that the store should be boycotted. While I do agree that he has the freedom of speech to make those horrid cookies, don't we also have the freedom of speech to say that we should boycott the store? We can only control the actions that we ourselves do, so I think that he should hold himself accountable for his racism. Besides... it's not just the cookies- he made a veiled threat against Obama's life! That in itself would be enough to make me want to boycott his store. I loved those cookies they were great and I think it was truly a great honor for Obama and all negro Americans that he baked those cookies in his/their honor. I bought a dozen of these cookies and added them to the desert tray of our fortnightly dinner party; needless to say they were a smash hit... Now i understand that he is baking whiney Jewface cookies in honor of all American Jews, hopefully the Jewish community will accept this honor with more grace and gratuity.
