Rasa Malaysia Launches Nyonya Food Site

Fork in the Road is a longtime admirer of Rasa Malaysia, a Malaysian recipe website with gorgeous photography. The editor has just launched a new site, dedicated to Nyonya food, the cuisine that was created by Chinese settlers in Malaysia and Singapore. (Find a more detailed description of Nyonya culture here.) It's some of the most delicious food in the world, hard to find outside of Malaysia and Singapore, and good recipes for the dishes are difficult to come by.
Enter Nyonya Food, which already has some amazing-sounding recipes up, including one for sambal udang, or shrimp in sambal.
