Join Top Chef alum Camille Becerra and former owner of San Francisco's SPQR Daniel Holzman for a five-course family-style meal featuring eggs, honey, pork, and vegetables, all harvested from the 47-acre Queens County Farm. The meal will be paired with wines from New York, and farmer Michael Grady Robertson will lead a tour of the farm.

New York loves its suds, especially when they're made by small, independent breweries. NY Craft Beer Week kicks off this Friday, featuring 162 different microbrews poured at 83 different locations throughout the five boroughs. If you're really beer happy, look into the $35 NYC Beer Passport, good for deals throughout the week.

New Amsterdam Market returns to South Street this Sunday. Some 80 butchers, grocers, fishmongers, and cheesemongers will be peddling their goods, including Saxelby Cheesemongers, Dickson's Farmstand Meats, and Marlow & Sons grocers. Sara Jenkins of Porchetta, Jimmy Carbone of Jimmy's No. 43, and Caroline Fidanza of the coming-soon Saltie bakery will be serving up prepared foods.
