Mimi Sheraton will host a series of dinners beginning early next year that combine a concert by the New York Philharmonic and a meal prepared by such chefs as Alain Ducasse, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Lidia Bastianich, and Daniel Boulud.

More than 200 workers at 25 Brooklyn restaurants have been underpaid a total of $912,000, according to New York State's labor commissioner. Of the workers denied the legal $7.25-an-hour minimum wage and overtime, most delivered food.
