Il Buco's Ignacio Mattos Goes to France, Invites You Along
Il Buco has teamed up with private ski guide, Luca Boniciolli, to offer a week-long ski vacation to the French Alps. Stay in a luxury chalet atop Courchevel 1850, a mountain named for its height in meters, as you dine on Chef Ignacio Mattos' food and sip wine selected by Il Buco wine director Paul Lang. In-house cooking lessons and wine tastings are also available.

Per the press release, you don't even have to ski! "Chef Ignacio can cook your favorite breakfast while you wake up with morning yoga... or take a helicopter to Chamonix... and come home to a massage and sauna while Ignacio and Paul plan a grand meal of the freshest local ingredients and the best wines produced in Europe." Is it just us or does this sound like a threesome waiting to happen?
