Babycakes has been planning to spread its vegan, gluten-free gospel to Los Angeles for quite some time now, and it looks like the bakery will finally realize its California dream this month. In anticipating of its opening -- which will predate Magnolia's planned West Coast expansion -- Babycakes has posted this video on its blog. Note the connection between vanilla frosting and '80s-inspired hallucinations.
