Summer drinking season is about to start in earnest, and you're likely already motivated to get out and try a new bar or two in your neighborhood. Should you be looking for a way to economize your exploits, you'll want to note the Bklyn Passport, a $20 booklet that gets you two-for-one drinks -- most of which are specialty cocktails -- at 20 different bars.
Start budgeting better by taking advantage of this week's cheap drink specials. If that's not enticing enough, perhaps $5 wine, cheap craft brews, or the simple comfort of boozing with like minded individuals will get you out and about.
