More coverage planned for this, but here's the crucial part: last night MC Hammer was in Brooklyn's Wingate Park with MC Lyte and Doug E. Fresh. Homegirl camera-wielder Rebecca Smeyne summoned her inner fifth-grader, headed to the scene, and reports back, "This was so fun. . . talked my way past five security checkpoints!"
