- A deal from Beanie's label State Property was on the table when fate would intervene yet again. City was intercepted and arrested with 2,000 lbs of ketamine crossing the United States Mexican border. Released on bail, City was on the run for 18 months until falling into a month-long drug-induced coma. When he awoke, City found himself handcuffed to a hospital bed and surrounded by law enforcement.
