Today is Earth Day, and in her honor, we are apparently powering down the Empire State Building for an elegiac 60 seconds, a spectacle that cannot hope to compete with this photo--taken this morning, on the roof of that same building--of Nick Cannon peering at a giant dancing SpongeBob through coin-operated binoculars.
