Corcoran is making no claims whatsoever that Hammond's creativity will wear off on you should you buy the place, something that Loho Realty couldn't help doing back when they were trying to sell Gary Shteyngart's "Mystery" Writer! apartment. By the way, that place is still on the market, should anyone be interested. Who would've ever thought celebrity real estate would be vulnerable to a recession?
