Want To See the Interior of Albert Hammond, Jr.'s East Village Co-Op, Which Can Be Yours For Under A Million Dollars?

The conspicuous smattering of guitars in the above photos turns out to be no accident. Famous Stroke Albert Hammond, Jr., is again trying to sell his apartment in the East Village, this time for a steep discount (899,000) off the original, prelapsarian price of 1.199 million, which some sucker almost but then didn't actually pay back in August of last year. It is described as an "over-sized, loft-like bright apartment with high beamed ceilings, renovated kitchen w/Thermador appliances, renovated bathroom and fabulous California closets." There is bike storage in the basement. Corcoran is making no claims whatsoever that Hammond's creativity will wear off on you should you buy the place, something that Loho Realty couldn't help doing back when they were trying to sell Gary Shteyngart's "Mystery" Writer! apartment. By the way, that place is still on the market, should anyone be interested. Who would've ever thought celebrity real estate would be vulnerable to a recession?
