Wallflowers unite at Union Hall, as Hurricane Bells, Steve Schiltz's one-man project (that's your man above), paint meditative tunes with watercolor sounds that gently dissolve into each other. But if you're already gearing up for weekend-party madness, head over to Glasslands Gallery, where Bottle Up and Go's untamed, wolfish vocals and Freshkills' post-hardcore melodies slaughter any hope of going to bed early. To complete the unlikely trifecta tonight, Julliard chamber ensemble Axiom bring some class(ical) to (Le) Poisson Rouge. Just 20th-century stuff tonight, thanks.
