That's one way to announce your return--with two secret shows tonight and tomorrow in Brooklyn, a new album due in May and, last night, a live premiere of that record's first track, "Terrible Love," on Jimmy Fallon's TV show. The song is as paradoxically melancholy and galvanizing as every National single ever, so yeah, no real anxiety about this one.
