Video: Kyp Malone Covers Talking Heads' "This Must Be The Place" On Our Show
Here we have the TV on the Radio luminary tackling what he acknowledges is many folks' favorite Talking Heads song -- an underrated first-dance-at-your-wedding number, really -- in a characteristically yelp-y, jittery, anxiety-ridden style (those high notes are tough). But the result, as captured by the Elliot Arnow-hosted Our Show, is rather sweet and serene nonetheless, the backing band playing with way more grace than you'd imagine a bunch of guys who call themselves Harsh Toke would be willing to provide. Kyp really should've danced with a lamp, though.
