M.I.A. Is Now Threatening To Do A Free Make-Up And/Or Penalty Concert
So. M.I.A. at Governors Island Saturday night: unpleasant experience. M.I.A. in 2010: a series of unpleasant experiences, many not necessarily her fault, etc. etc. Now comes word that she'll make it up to us, with a Free Show to Be Named Later, perhaps with your HARD Festival ticket stub, which you have doubtless by now framed. A fine gesture, though free concerts around here don't always go so hot either. Good luck to everyone who will eventually be involved in this.
