Perhaps You'd Like To Watch Das Racist Perform in the Spin Offices Tonight?
Our pals Das Racist play NYC-area shows all the time, but rarely do they get a chance to confront in real life the music press they clearly feel so ambivalent about. ("We aight but media cats think we clever though/Are we?/You may never know.") That changes tonight, as they perform live from the belly of the beast, a/k/a Spin. It's a good warm up for tomorrow's Mishka in-store, where the trio will debut a t-shirt featuring a glow-in-the-dark dead Aladdin. Just another day in the life of America's premiere self-loathing rap group, we guess. Watch the Spin thing (which starts at 8 p.m.) right here:
