Week in Review: Who's Your Daddy?

y-not.jpg
In the week we began our countdown of the 20 worst songs of 2010, we celebrated by mocking efforts from the Far East Movement, Ringo Starr, Godsmack, Trade Martin, and Lil Wayne. Where will Susan Boyle fall? Tune in next week and suffer more abuse until you find out.

Speaking of abuse, it's the 2010 Grammy nominations everyone!

Meanwhile our newest Twitter follower Soulja Boy tore himself away from the social media network to perform for a half hour at Webster Hall last night, Danny Krivit and Osunlade annihilated wallflowers at Cielo, Ozzy Osbourne and Rob Halford reprised their youth at MSG, Warpaint shattered sad-sack reverie at Webster Hall, Lykke Li soundtracked your personal makeout session at LPR, Dipset reunited at Hammerstein Ballroom, and Fabolous and Nicki Minaj gave thanks at the same venue the day before, with a little help from Rihanna and Kanye West.

Soul singer Syl Johnson explained to us why he prefers money to women and how Wu-Tang ended up more or less building his house, while Kings Destroy gave us their Canadian Mountie-themed "The Mounty," and Megafortress spelled out the meaning behind their song "Freedom From Fear."

Plus the Crass reunion that wasn't, the UOA reunion that will yet be again, Christopher R. Weingarten reprising his sweary rant in the name our web awards next Tuesday, Das Racist talking trash in the New York Times Magazine, Kanye booed in New York, and more, below and elsewhere. Looking for nightlife guidance this weekend? Find it right here. We're back on Monday.
