The Watch The Throne Trailer: Twenty Seconds Of Footage That Will Tell You Pretty Much Nothing At All
After lots of speculation, and singles, and events you weren't invited to, Jay-Z and Kanye West's collaborative album Watch The Throne comes out Monday, with a tour following later this year. For some reason, someone (maybe Live Nation? maybe Roc Nation? maybe a superfan with too much time on his/her hands?) decided this was worthy of cutting together a trailer that may or may not use wax figures/cardboard cutouts of the principals and a very loud screech from a yelling crowd in order to make its point. In the absence of the album leaking (no, that field recording from Monday night's Hayden Planetarium event doesn't count), these 20 seconds will have to tide you over until the weekend's over. Savor them, people. Savor them.
