​That's when the comment-section-stoking singer (42 responses and counting!) will play the Bowery Ballroom as a makeup date for her September gig at The Box that got canceled last-minute. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m.; on the bright side, she'll have actual music out by the time her show happens, as her "Video Games"/"Blue Jeans" since comes out in physical form (limited-edition picture 7-inch, even!) on Monday and lands on digital outlets Tuesday. (Critical bias: Still think "Video Games" is way overdone in every way—am I the only person who thinks that its producer has definitely taken the "more is more" side in the loudness wars?—and have softened a little bit on "Blue Jeans" although honestly I wouldn't choose to listen to either when records like Fiona Apple's Extraordinary Machine exist.)
