Meet Me In the Bathroom and Tell Me All Your Secrets
The Bell House, Doors 7.30 p.m. / show 8.30 p.m. $25 here

It's a great name, and it's a blow out show. What more could you want from a Wednesday? Local treasure Dave Hill and his house band Valley Lodge bring a heaping sack of talent to The Bell House tonight for your viewing pleasure. Mr. Show and Arrested Development star David Cross tops the bill, along with Some Girls rocker Juliana Hatfield, rapper Jean Grae, Daily Show correspondent Michael Che, and many more comedians.

Inner Beauty Pageant
Littlefield, Doors 7.30 p.m. / Show 8 p.m. $5 here.

Jo Firestone has scoured the city for 12 of its weirdest, warmest-hearted oddballs, inviting them to a very different kind of beauty pageant. There are no points for conventional good looks: only inner radiance matters. Contestants participate in an interview, a talent display, and a homemade swimsuit competition. And you the audience will pick the winner (in a silent ballot, so no one's feelings get too hurt). A previous winner was Communist puppet-maker Tom Cunningham. That's pretty fun, right?

Big Ups At Little Skips: Anniversary Show
Little Skips, 9.30 p.m. Free.

Bushwick's hip kaffeeklatsch comedy show is one year old tonight, with a sparkling line-up to mark the occasion. Ben Kronberg recently got told to go fuck himself by Rosanne Barr on national television (thanks, Last Comic Standing!), and spun a potential debacle into social media gold with a self-empowering #gofuckyourselfben hashtag. It's one hell of a story, and maybe he'll tell you the full version tonight. Joining him are Nick Vatterott, Myka Fox and a few very special drop-ins.
