BLK JKS
Harriet's Alter Ego
Sunday, April 27
photos by Rebecca Smeyne

This past Sunday afternoon, Johannesberg-based kwaito-rockers BLK JKS celebrated Freedom Day—a South African public holiday commemorating the first democratic post-apartheid elections—by playing a set at the Flatbush Ave boutique Harriet's Alter Ego. Somehow we missed this to buy purpley wilted asparagus at C-Town?
