Siren 2008: Partial Line-Up Announced with Stephen Malkmus, Broken Social Scene, and More

Every year, this here black-and-white publication puts together a free all-day festival on Coney Island. Last year at Siren, M.I.A. played songs from Kala for the first time in the U.S. This year, Pavement's gonna reunite—psych! just kidding!— but here's the line-up so far:
