So You Can Just Watch T.I. Testify In A Murder Trial?

The internet is a bizarre thing. Here we have 28 minutes of T.I. testifying in a murder trial about the death of one of his best friends. It pretty much begins with a lawyer asking him to address the jury.
"Do you have any songs that are currently hit songs?"
"Uh...one or two."
"OK. What are the names of those songs?"
"Um..'Whatever You Like.' 'Live Your Life.' 'Swagger LIke Us.'"
"And you do a song with Rihanna as well?"
"Yeah: 'Live Your Life.'"
Why is this just available for anyone to watch again? [Nah Right]
