Bear in Heaven, the Brooklyn-birthed, Erasure-vibing dance quartet (influences: Talk Talk, R. Kelly, Lungfish) we featured in a recent Yes in My Backyard column, will officially release a single of "Wholehearted Mess"--you can download that from us here--tomorrow. The 12" features remixes from Max Brannslokker, Arclike, and Pink Skull, whose echo-y, pinging take on an already pretty wide open song can be found at RCRD LBL, and embedded below:
The band's on tour starting next week; they return home October 16th to play a record release show at Union Pool for Beast Rest Forth Mouth, which comes out next month on Hometapes.
