Here Is The 13-Minute Version Of (And Lyrics For) "DoYaThing," The Gorillaz/James Murphy/André 3000 Song

Apparently the release of the Converse-sponsored collaboration between Gorillaz, LCD Soundsystem's James Murphy, and the fleet-tongued André 3000 wasn't the end of that song's release cycle; last night a 13-minute version of the track, with Three Stacks going bonkers about being the shit (no, really) over a fuzzed-and-spaced, throbbing beat before things get a tad more somber (but, you know, in a fun way), hit the web. Clip below, along with the lyrics, as lovingly transcribed by SOTC pal Andy Hutchins.

For Only $69, You Can Ride the Juggalo Express

juggaloexpress.jpg
Thing about Insane Clown Posse? Their grind is unstoppable. They've outlasted more novelty cycles than Spencer Gifts, completely independently, and with this sheer stubborn unwillingness to quit, they keep forging on, as cartoonishly corny and fastidiously "wig-splitting" as ever. So even when it seems like they've exhausted all the possible press they could, milked the weirdest collaborations for all they're worth, all the sudden, they reappear with another goofy greenscreen infomercial, advertising something new and "fresh" for the Juggalos. The newest and freshest development: a New Year's Eve Juggalo gala (?) in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Even more ridiculous? There's a party bus heading up there from New York earlier in the day, leaving from the Hammerstein Ballroom, and returning in the next morning's wee hours. Tickets are, ahem, $69.

She'll be posting on the event as the weekend continues, but here are some photos from the Gathering so far—is it just us, or has Dustin Diamond put on a few pounds?

The Beastie Boys Get Back In Time In The Star-Packed "Make Some Noise" Video

fightforyour.jpg
The Beastie Boys' video for their throwbacky new single "Make Some Noise"--off Hot Sauce Committee Pt. 2, which comes out May 3--picks up right as the rager chronicled in the "(You Gotta) Fight for Your Right (to Party)" video is letting out, with Seth Rogen, Danny McBride, and Elijah Wood playing the roles of the Boys as they stumble hung over around a soundstage approximation of old New York, throwing a garbage can through a window (a la Do The Right Thing?) and irritating everyone whose path they cross. Chloë Sevigny's turn as an irritable lost member of Vixen is pretty astounding; there is also a Will Ferrell cameo in which he plays cowbell, because, get it??? Clip after the jump.

So, This Is Really The Cover Of Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter IV"

carter452.jpg
Not going to lie: When someone sent me the LOL-filled BuzzFeed page riffing on the cover to Lil Wayne's next LP (which is now coming out in June) I figured that the image being virtually tittered at was a joke perpetuated by one of the many Internet types with a copy of Photoshop, memories of the giggling that accompanied the release of the cover of Tha Carter III, and way too much free time. But it's real; video confirmation after the jump.
