About 60 hours after it began the first transit strike in 25 years, Transit Workers Union Local 100 is going back to work. The union's executive board approved the move under the threat of possible jail time for its leaders, and with mediators setting up a framework for talks that apparently keeps the mega issue—pensions—on the table.
