In joining the 4-2 majority against gay marriage on New York's highest court today, Judge Victoria A. Graffeo wrote:
"It may well be that the time has come for the Legislature to address the needs of same-sex couples and their families. . . ."
You think? Tonight at rallies across the state, including the one pictured below in NYC's Sheridan Square, angry, disappointed, and determined LGBT families and supporters began pressing their cause anew.
