NYC RFD: Damned Kids, Dirt Bikes, and Johns

"Is There a Crime Wave in Park Slope?" asks Gowanus Lounge, considering two Brooklynian posts about vandalism and petty theft presumably committed by local youths. GL also mentions a Monday stabbing "said to have involved students at John Jay High School." And of course there's that kid playing with a dildo.

Ruffians on four-wheeled dirt bikes "taunt[ed] the park rangers by playing chicken and buzzing them on their quads" this weekend in the "back weeds" of Marine Park, reports GerritsenBeach.net. Rangers issued summonses.

Staten Island police conducted a prostitution sting this weekend, mostly at the corner of Richmond Terrace and Broadway, and caught 19 would-be clients who offered "between $10 and $50 for a variety of sex acts" to undercover officers, though one high-roller was offering $200, for what services the Staten Island Advance does not say.
