TKTS Too Expensive But Not By Much, Says Alliance

The New York Post says the new TKTS booth at Times Square is already $11 million over budget. Not so, says the Times Square Alliance, which tells NY1 the overrun was only $6 million, and all but $1.5 million of that has been "absorbed" by the Alliance and its partners.
Here's what we think: has it really been two years and four months since they started work on the damned thing?
