Epic Fail: Times Square Thriller Beat by Texans, Others

We should have known: though this morning's mass Thriller dance at Madame Tussaud's did beat the posted Guinness World Record, ours was not the only city in competition, and the New York Times says 881 aspirants danced to the Michael Jackson song in Austin, Texas last weekend, presumably with their thumbs in their beltloops. Results of their Guinness application are pending, but the Times lists a number of other past mega-Thrillers that were Killer Diller including -- how could we forget? -- the Filipino prison version. Well, at least fashionindie's photos make it look something like fun.
