New McCain Pitch: Obama Voters Will Go to Hell

The popular conservative site WorldNetDaily has a new column by Janet Porter featuring the usual Christian Right arguments against Obama, e.g. "Obama will use your tax dollars to kill innocent children, and then he'll take your paycheck and use it to 'spread the wealth around.'" But it's got quite a kicker. "If you willfully disobey God on life and marriage because of race or false hope for the economy," says Porter, you'll damn more than America. She quotes Matthew 7:21-23 ("Depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!") and, in case you don't get the hint, adds, "That deals with your eternity... obey Him in the voting booth and out of it. If not, do us all a favor and quit calling yourself a Christian." There's your choice, America: McCain or eternal damnation. Happy Halloween!
