ANSWER: WHO'S THE TAXPAYER, ALEX?" is the caption of this awesome cartoon appearing in today's Wave ("Rockaway's Newspaper Since 1893"), which was one of our favorite papers before and is now one of our favorites things of any kind ever. We hereby nominate artist Robert Sarnoff for the Pulitzer Prize. Editorial Cartooning is our preferred category, but really, anything they can spare would be great.
