A cheery email from the folks behind Campbell Soup and Sam Adams beer recently crossed our desk. (Click here to see it.) It begins:
“Hi, I hope all is going well! It’s no secret the economy is in the tanker right now,” and urges us to drown our sorrows in lager and chicken noodle. It also recommends, cutely, that we invest in “liquid assets.”
With the DOW plunging 700 points today before settling almost 370 points down, a beer and a broth will hardly lift our spirits. Any one know what kind of cocktails they served on the Titanic?
