Kosher Nude Calendar Girl Gets Play in Forward

Well, this is a new one on us: softcore Judaica. The Forward attends the career of comedian Jamie Sneider, who has created "The Year of the Jewish Woman" calendar showing herself nude or nearly so with tuchas and nay-nays obscured by kosher foods -- including matzo balls, kugel, and (in the still from her promotional video above) black-and-white cookies -- which, the Forward writes, "don’t necessarily look appetizing." Five percent of proceeds from the calendar goes to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. When religiously-distinct joke-porn gets a Muslim variant, that's when we'll have made real progress.
