Is this settlement an attempt, perhaps, to show the more labor-friendly incoming Obama administration just what a progressive dump Wal-Mart really is?
On the other hand, the National Labor Relations Board has instructed the behemoth Starbucks to rehire and pay back pay to three workers hired for engaging in union activity.
