Bed-Stuy Man Kidnapped, Put in Trunk; 2 Arrested
"Why would somebody put him inside a trunk?" asked Hamza Abdul upon learned that a 53-year-old man had been extricated from a car trunk in Bedford-Stuyvesant on Sunday. The unnamed man, who had 13 prior arrests, had apparently been nabbed on Saturday afternoon at the R & R Deli at Pacific and Albany Avenues and stuffed in the trunk sometime thereafter. Cops stopped the Nissan Maxima in a chase and nabbed two men, but another got away. It's not clear why any of this happened.
