Forbes Liberal Media List Includes Andrew Sullivan, Oprah

sullypooh.jpgForbes notices that these creatures called liberals may have some influence in this Age of Obama, and dispatches Wall Street Journal conservative Tunku Varadarajan and others to compile a list of "The 25 Most Influential Liberals In The U.S. Media." These include Kevin Drum (without the hated name of his employer, Mother Jones), the New Yorker's Hendrick Hertzberg (who has "the purest voice in the choir of the East Coast liberal 'high church'"), slow food advocate Michael Pollan ("Obama likes arugula"), Maureen Dowd ("cat-wit"), Chris Matthews ("I feel this thrill running up my leg"), Rachel Maddow ("a lesbian"), Kos ("Conservatives read him faithfully to gauge the liberal 'temperature'"), Andrew Sullivan ("clings unconvincingly to the 'conservative' label"), and Jon Stewart and Oprah Winfrey. It is believed Sean Penn and Susan Sarandon were swapped out at the last minute, and that the whole thing was conceived as a dis to Keith Olbermann.
