only recently introduced, proceed apace. Out on Eastern Parkway by the Chabad-Lubavitch HQ, folks are celebrating in costume -- and last night
Madonna did, too, arriving at the New York Kabbalah Center's shindig dressed as... well, we're not sure: Ric Ocasek?
