Update 11:15 a.m. The standoff continues. Cops say there's no bomb. Students are not going home, but taking classes in nearby schools. Hardcore!
Update 11:45 a.m. Okay, they caught the guy. Francisco Garabitos has been teaching for 30 years. He hit a student, got put in the rubber room, was making over 100 grand, but nonetheless felt aggrieved. He wanted to talk to Randi Weingarten. She was busy, so he's talking to the cops at the precinct house instead.
