Jim Tedisco picked up a little ground in the prolonged NY-20 ballot count, and
Scott Murphy's lead now stands at 86 after Tedisco received a
smaller-than-expected lead in Saratoga County ballots. But Judge James Brands
upheld a Democratic motion that 1,200 ballots were improperly challenged. While further challenges will probably set many of them aside again, this is
seen as a setback for Tedisco. Local papers are
getting annoyed by the drawn-out process, but that no longer means much in American politics. Expect more court action on Monday.
