Just a note here to point out that the Tom Robbins Voice story that tied former New Jersey Senator Bob Toricelli to the New York pension scandal went up Tuesday night, not Thursday as the Times has it today. Thanks also to the New Jersey Star-Ledger for picking up the story, and Crain's New York Business for picking up Tom's other story about the Atlantic Development Group raid.

Also, we're very late on this, but we want to congratulate Zach Baron of our Sound of the City blog for his exegesis on The Hold Steady on ABC World News. We have to say we love all the attention. Oh, and feel free to follow our Twitter feed. It's full of self-promotional prose-haikus.
