Video: Presidential Plane Buzzes Manhattan
Here's the Wall Street Journal's video of that "Air Force One lookalike" flying low over the city today. You can see why people were spooked. The Journal clarifies that the plane technically is a potential Air Force One -- it's one of the crafts authorized for Presidential travel. But the President was not on board. The Feds' "photo mission" explanation is widely seen as unconvincing. We assume it's a war on terror thing for which the secretive Administration is taking heat, just like in the old days.
