Somebody Got Murdered: An Afternoon Killing in Brooklyn

A bloody weekend of 9 murders in all began friday afternoon with the shooting death of 26-year-old Gavin Sullivan less than a block from his Brooklyn home.
Sullivan was shot several times. Doctors declared him dead at Brookdale Hospital. The suspect in the case jumped into a car and fled, but he was picked up a little while later. He is identified as Kareem Cunningham, 30, of Ash Avenue in Queens.
