Barneys creative director Simon Doonan says he was away on business when someone installed these Helmet Lang/A.L.C. windows, which feature blood spatters and mannequins that appear to be falling over dead. They have since been removed. Maybe Barneys should reinstall the Christmas hippie peace window display to dispel the bad karma. Image via Fashionindie.
