Missing Persons: Yan Chong Liao, Stephanie Johannsen

Yan Chong Liao (left) went missing on June 30. He's 82 and lives at 41st Street in Brooklyn between 9th and 10th Avenue. He's 5'3", 130 pounds, and was last seen wearing a brown shirt, black pants and blue slippers. Stephanie Johannsen (right) is 14, lives on Cotter Avenue in Staten Island, and was last seen there Wednesday morning. She's five feet tall, 130 pounds, and was last seen wearing a black-t-shirt, orange/pink plaid shorts, and blue earrings.
