Old Rich Man Falls Down, Hits Head at Astor Trial

We normally like to keep out of the Astor trial and so far have succeeded admirably, but Anthony Marshall just fell and hit his head in the court bathroom, so we suppose it's time to step up. The defendant, accused of looting the estate of the late Brooke Astor while she was suffering from senile dementia, has since the start of the trial fallen off a treadmill and called in sick three times. He's 85 years old. Can't he attend by video hookup from a hospital bed? We think Reagan did that during Iran-Contra.
